Phillips ABA Therapy is currently searching for qualified, dedicated, and compassionate BCBA’s and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), or anyone interested in training in the field of ABA. Ideal candidates may be graduate or undergraduate students in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education programs.
Registered Behavior Technicians
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) typically work on a part-time basis to teach communication, academic and other pertinent developmental skills to children on the autism spectrum utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All duties will be completed under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and extensive training and supervision will be provided. This position requires travel, as we are strictly a provider of behavioral services in the natural environment. All candidates must have reliable transportation and must be available for a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon-Saturday) and for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours each work day.
